Reinforced Concrete works were undertaken in the Substructure and Superstructure.  The Substructure  consisted of a 2 storey basement whilst the Superstructure contains 5 upper floor levels and a concrete roof.  The majority of the concrete to both soffits and vertical surfaces has a patterned layout that is not painted but is left in its finished state. The pattern was formed by a staggered plywood sheet layout.
