Project: Multi Storey Car Park for the Shires Shopping Centre, Leicester

Overview: As part of the on-going regeneration of the Shires Shopping Centre in Leicester, Metropolitan were commissioned by the main contractor Norwest Holst to complete a new concrete frame for a 2000 space car parking facility at the centre. This was achieved by producing a nine floor concrete frame totalling 70,000 square metres of soffits. The project was delivered 3 weeks early
