New Headquarters for Metropolitan

Following a number of years at their previous headquarters adjacent to Millennium Point in central Birmingham, local formwork specialists Metropolitan Developer Limited have relocated to new headquarters in Redditch.
Their new depot provides the company with newly refurbished offices for their staff, alongside a four and a half acre yard with significant storage facilities. It allows the company not only the space to store a significant amount of equipment but also the necessary space to maintain each piece of equipment to the highest standard.
Jim Cannon of Metropolitan says: “With the up and coming regeneration in central Birmingham at Eastside it was important for us to find a convenient location for our new Head Office. We managed to do this in Redditch with our new yard, which provides us with excellent links to the motorway network and provides us with a greater ability to ensure that we have the right equipment and plant in place to service any project.”
