Project: Leeds Plaza - Student Accommodation, Leeds

Overview: The Plaza development, situated within walking distance from the University of Leeds and Leeds Metropolitan University was built for the accommodation provider Unite and is one of the largest student accommodation buildings in the UK, housing 533 students. 

The scheme consists of 37 storey’s of Post-Tensioned concrete floors and a central Slip-formed  core. The Scheme was handed back to Main-Contractor 9 weeks earlier than programmed. The floors were constructed safely with the use of Ischebeck Titans Safety screens, which protect four floors at any one time.
